A SIOUX CITY MAN IS IN CUSTODY, CHARGED IN THE ROBBERY OF A BANK IN HOLSTEIN, IOWA LAST WEEK, AS WELL AS TWO PREVIOUS MOTEL ROBBERIES IN SIOUX CITY.

22 YEAR OLD MICHAEL DUTCHER IS CHARGED WITH FIRST DEGREE ROBBERY, FIRST DEGREE THEFT AND TWO COUNTS OF FELONY ASSAULT.

THE IDA COUNTY SHERIFF SAYS DUTCHER ALLEGEDLY ENTERED THE UNITED BANK OF IOWA LAST THURSDAY AFTERNOON, DISPLAYED A HAND GUN AND DEMANDED MONEY FROM THE TELLERS.

AUTHORITIES ARRESTED DUTCHER AT A HOUSE IN QUIMBY, IOWA FRIDAY AFTERNOON.

HE IS CURRENTLY IN CUSTODY AT THE WOODBURY COUNTY JAIL.

COURT DOCUMENTS FILED IN WOODBURY COUNTY ALLEGE DUTCHER ALSO ROBBED THE SUPER 8 MOTEL ON STONE AVENUE BACK ON MAY 15TH, AS WELL AS THE TRAVELODGE MOTEL ON HARBOR DRIVE ON JUNE 14TH.

DUTCHER IS ALSO FACING UNRELATED DRUG CHARGES IN WOODBURY COUNTY.
