THE IOWA SUPREME COURT HAS DENIED THE TEMPORARY STAY THAT HAS ALLOWED THE ARGOSY CASINO TO REMAIN OPEN.

THE RULING FILED FRIDAY BY A THREE JUDGE PANEL FROM THE COURT ENDS THE STAY AS OF FIVE PM ON WEDNESDAY, JULY 30TH OF NEXT WEEK.

BRIAN OHORILKO, ADMINISTRATOR OF THE IOWA RACING AND GAMING COMMISSION, SAYS THAT MEANS THE RIVERBOAT CASINO WILL CLOSE BY ORDER OF THE IRGC AT THAT TIME:
