TWO RURAL BRIDGES NEAR OTO AND MOVILLE WERE DESTROYED BY FLOODING AND SEVERAL PAVED COUNTY ROADS INCLUDING D-12, D-38, D-50 AND D-54 SUFFERED MAJOR DAMAGE AND ARE RESTRICTED TO ONE LANE OF TRAFFIC IN PLACES.
