48 YEAR OLD MATTHEW SCHINCKE AND 33 YEAR OLD AMBER CHRISTENSEN OF SOUTH SIOUX CITY, AS WELL AS 26 YEAR OLD ROBERT THORNGREN AND 25 YEAR OLD LACEY ZAKRZEWSKI OF SOUTH DAKOTA ARE ALL CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL POSSESSION OF A FORGED INSTRUMENT AND THEFT.
ALL EXCEPT CHRISTENSEN ARE ALSO CHARGED WITH CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT A FELONY AND AIDING A FELONY.
SOUTH SIOUX POLICE ARRESTED THE FOUR SUSPECTS AROUND 2PM TUESDAY AT THE BUDGET HOST INN.
THORNGREN AND ZAKRZEWSKI ARE ALSO WANTED ON WARRANTS FROM SOUTH DAKOTA.
