EARLIER, FOUR VEHICLES WERE STRUCK BY SOMEONE IN THE TYSON PARKING LOT IN DAKOTA CITY.

DAKOTA COUNTY SHERIFF CHRIS KLEINBERG SAYS THE INCIDENTS MAY NOT BE RELATED, AND THERE IS NO SURVEILLANCE VIDEO TO DETERMINE WHO HIT THOSE VEHICLES.
