SIOUX CITY’S WILBUR AALFS LIBRARY HAS RE-OPENED DOWNTOWN.

DIRECTOR BETSY THOMPSON SAYS THE LIBRARY QUIETLY RE-OPENED THURSDAY AS MUCH OF A ONE-POINT-SEVEN MILLION DOLLAR RENOVATION PROJECT HAS BEEN COMPLETED:

THOMPSON SAYS THE LIBRARY HAS A NEW, WARM FEEL TO IT, AND A LOT OF EVENTS ARE BEING PLANNED:

THOMPSON SAYS SOME REMODELING IS STILL BEING FINISHED, BUT THE LIBRARY IS NOW OPEN ON A FULL TIME BASIS WITH REGULAR HOURS AGAIN.
