IT’S SKY WEST DELTA AIRLINE’S TURN TO PITCH SIOUX CITY LEADERS ON PROVIDING LOCAL AIR SERVICE .

SKY WEST WOULD CONTINUE TO PROVIDE TWO DAILY FLIGHTS TO MINNEAPOLIS AS THEIR PARENT COMPANY, DELTA AIRLINES, CURRENTLY DOES AT SIOUX GATEWAY AIRPORT.

BRAD RAWSON OF SKY WEST WILL MAKE THE PRESENTATION WEDNESDAY MORNING AT 9AM IN COUNCIL CHAMBERS AT CITY HALL.

THEY’RE COMPETING FOR A TWO YEAR ESSENTIAL AIR SERVICE FEDERAL SUBSIDY WITH AMERICAN EAGLE AIRLINES, WHO WOULD FLY TO CHICAGO INSTEAD OF MINNEAPOLIS FROM SIOUX CITY.
