BENNETT SAYS THE TRAINING SIMULATES SMOKY CONDITIONS, WHERE IT WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO SEE A TRAPPED PERSON:

THE DRILLS ARE TAKING PLACE IN HOUSES PROVIDED BY THE CITY SCHOOL DISTRICT.
